Track Order

We use a number of trusted delivery partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Below is all the information you need to know about each of our partners. To track your order, follow the link for your carrier listed below or call their customer service team.

All you need is the tracking or consignment number that you have received in an email or SMS from the carrier.

 


 

XDP LOGOXDP or call the XDP Customer Service Team on 0167 547 1118.

If your order is being dispatched with XDP, it will leave our warehouse within 2 working days of your placing your order. When it arrives with XDP, they will contact you via email or SMS with a tracking number and link so you can follow the progress of your delivery. They will let you know the date they will be delivering and a 2-hour window when the delivery will take place. We would expect your order to arrive with you within 3 working days of it being dispatched.

 

DPD LOGO DPD Local or call DPD Local Customer Service on 0121 275 0505.

If your order is being delivered with DPD Local, it will leave our warehouse within 2 working days. DPD Local will contact you when the order is ready for collection with a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order. They will contact you on the day of delivery, letting you know when it will arrive. We would expect your order to arrive with you within 3 working days of it being dispatched.

 

Furdeco LOGO Furdeco or call 0121 285 5255

Furdeco are our specialist 2-man delivery partner. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. Once it arrives with Furdeco, they will contact you via email or phone to book a delivery date with you. We would expect this to happen within 5 working days of your order being dispatched. They will make sure the delivery date works for you and on the day, they will give you a two-hour window when the delivery will take place. They will deliver your order to a room or patio of your choice.

 

Kent Pallets / Pallex Network

For some large orders, we may need to send them to you on a pallet via the Pallex Network. We would expect your order to be dispatched by our warehouse within 2 working days. After this, it will enter the Pallex network and be taken to your local delivery depot. The depot will then contact you to book in a date for the delivery to take place. This should happen within 3 working days or your order being dispatched.
