Track Order

We use a number of trusted delivery partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Below is all the information you need to know about each of our partners. To track your order, follow the link for your carrier listed below or call their customer service team.

All you need is the tracking or consignment number that you will received in an email or SMS from the carrier.

 


 

DHL LOGODHL or call the Lazy Susan Customer Service Team.

If your order is being dispatched with DHL, it will leave our warehouse within 3 working days of you placing it. When it is collected by DHL, they will contact you via email or SMS with a tracking number and link so you can follow the progress of your delivery. They will let you know the date they will be delivering and a 1-hour window when the delivery will take place. We would expect delivery to be made within 2 working days of collection.

 

DPD LOGO DPD Local or call DPD Local Customer Service on 0121 275 4815.

If your order is being delivered with DPD Local, it will leave our warehouse within 3 working days. When the order is collected from us and scanned in the DPD's depot, the carrier will contact you via SMS (or email if a mobile phone number is not available) with a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order. You will receive a timed slot when the order is scanned on the vehicle for delivery. We would expect your order to arrive with you within 2 working days of it being dispatched.

 

Furdeco LOGO Furdeco or call 0121 285 5255

Furdeco are our specialist 2-man delivery partner. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 working days. Once it arrives with Furdeco, they will contact you via email or phone to book a delivery date with you. We would expect this to happen within 7 working days of your order being dispatched. They will make sure the delivery date works for you and on the day, they will give you a two-hour window when the delivery will take place. They will deliver your order to a room or patio of your choice.

 

FORTEC LOGO Fortec or call the Lazy Susan Customer Service Team.

For some large orders, we may need to send them to you on a pallet via Fortec which is part of the Pallex Network. We would expect your order to be dispatched by our warehouse within 3 working days. After this, it will enter the Pallex network and be taken to your local delivery depot. The depot will then contact you to book a date for the delivery to take place. This should happen within 3 working days or your order being dispatched.
